THIS YEAR'S EASTER CELEBRATION AT TURISTGÅRDEN - HOUSE OF VEN

Celebrate Easter with our lovely 2-course home cooked dinner on the day of arrival.
Wake up to birds chirping and hopefully sunny weather. Enjoy our rustic breakfast buffet in our historic restaurant and perhaps, if the weather allowes it, drink a cup of our Scanian coffee on our outdoor veranda.

Packed and ready is your hiking lunch with good hearty sandwiches on our home-baked bread, hot drink of your choice in a thermos and a bottle of mineral water. In our borrowed retro backpacks, you discover the island on foot or maybe even by bike. Find your gem on the island and enjoy your lunch.

Back in the restaurant, you are welcomed to the table to enjoy this year's Easter seasonal dinner with no less than five servings.

Amuse bouche

The season's little amuse buche together with homemade sourdough & honey bread and Læsø salted butter

Ravioli filled with wild garlic, herb pesto, spring vegetables & vegetable broth

Skrei cod, white asparagus, horseradish & lumpfish roe

Saddle of lamb, green asparagus & spring greens

Dessert

Ice cream with beeswax, stewed rhubarb & Jerusalem artichoke
