Our booking guarantee at House of Ven
We are delighted that you would like to join us! We look forward to welcoming you to a memorable dining experience at Turistgården – with thoughtfully prepared food, excellent ingredients and the special atmosphere of Ven.
When you reserve a table, you make a small advance payment of SEK 100 per guest. This amount serves as a booking guarantee. When you visit us as planned, the full amount will be credited and deducted from your food bill. It is therefore not an additional cost for guests who honour their reservation.

We plan each service carefully around the number of guests booked – from staffing and ingredients to the kitchen’s preparations. Reserving a table may also mean that we have to decline other guests who would have loved to join us.
In the event of a cancellation, a no-show or a reduction in the number of guests, the amount paid for the cancelled places will therefore not be refunded.
The booking guarantee helps us create the best possible conditions for a truly enjoyable dining experience – both for you as our guests and for our team.
